If you want more background on the RFA Ticker, read the inaugural post.
Before our invading Iraq, very wise men told us we would be greeted as liberators, and that Iraq’s reconstruction would pay for itself.
So far, the NIH is following the same very wise policy in the development of ME/CFS research, by asserting that good science always finds funding, and by declining to allocate any funding for ME/CFS per se.
Thusly, within a decade, ME/CFS research should reach the same greatly liberated state that Iraq enjoys today. 😉
“Thusly, within a decade, ME/CFS research should reach the same greatly liberated state that Iraq enjoys today.”
That soon.
Really?
Party planning underway.
Iraq is in shambles, a country destroyed.
I hope the fate of ME/CFS funding, research, treatment, benefits does not
have the same fate as that poor country.
